Such recordings are archived and can be published for public viewing or can be access controlled.

We have partnered with hardware vendors, such that we will pre-build the appliance – hardware, operating system, software et al – before coming onsite and deploying it. Pricing
Pricing is in general below $30/user/month. It goes down to $15/user/month for larger deployments. However, this is merely mentioned as the equivalent for comparison with hosted services – in most cases, the pricing is a one-time equivalent fee unless you choose a recurring setup. What is more, the user in this context is just those who start the meetings – not those who attend it! Thus, as a small company you could own 10 licenses for your 10 sales people, who in turn could be presenting using this system to 5 prospects at the same time! You need to pay only for the sales people who set the meetings up, not for the attendees …. And that makes it even more cost effective.
